Are you a coffee lover? Most of us are. Some would say that too much coffee can actually cause harm to our bodies. Well, a research study shows the other side as it found out that people who drink three to four cups of coffee a day can bring in more health benefits than harm.
In a research that contained evidence from more than 200 previous studies show that coffee consumption can lower the risks of liver disease, dementia, diabetes, and cancer. Although there is an exception, pregnant women should not consume too much coffee.
Public health specialist Robin Poole of the Britain's University of Southampton and his team conducted a research study on the health benefits of coffee consumption.
“Coffee drinking appears safe within usual patterns of consumption,” Poole's research says.
