Good news to all public school teachers of Taguig City, they will soon get to enjoy the ambiance of relaxation and comfort in their respective lounges as Mayor Lino Cayetano leads the inauguration of Taguig City’s first-ever Teachers’ Lounge at the EM’s Signal Village Elementary School last October 17, 2019.
He also announced that there is a proposal to build a teachers' lounge in every elementary and high school in the city within three years.
“We recognize that our self-sacrificing teachers need a reprieve from their immense workload,” Cayetano said during the inauguration.
