DepEd Secretary Leonor Briones recently confirmed that Spain will be hiring at least 200 Filipino teachers every year to teach the English language in Spain.
Spanish Ambassador to the Philippines Jorge Moragas said that Spain is very much willing to work with the Philippines which led to renewing its ties for the promotion and teaching of Spanish language and culture in the Philippines.
Moragas also emphasized that their program called "Language Assistance Program (LAP)" is set to hire at least 200 teachers every year from the Philippines to teach the English language in Spain.
