Lumobo ang utang at penalties ng Guro dahil hindi nag-deduct ang GSIS

A public school teacher in Muntinlupa named Normita Bangga has discovered that her salary loan in GSIS way back 2012 was not being paid or deducted from her monthly salary from then until now. She also found out that it has grown big with its penalties. Mrs. Bangga now worries that her retirement benefits might be compromised because of this discrepancy as she plans to retire a few years from now.

According to Mrs. Bangga, the GSIS was supposed to automatically deduct the said loan from her salary right after the release of her loan. But apparently, there were no deductions and so penalties have also been applied.
She has then asked for the help of ABS-CBN's TV program, "Tapat na po!" to settle this matter with the GSIS.
