Healthy Tips: Suggested Diet Practices for Teachers and Non-teaching Personnel

1. Teachers regularly eat more fruits and vegetables.

2. They avoid or reduce eating flesh meat as possible.

3. They do not forget to regularly eat nuts and seeds in a moderate degree.

4. They do not eat a large amount of salt. I reduce salt intake ( not more than one tablespoon a day)

5. They avoid overeating nor under eating.

6. They eat big at breakfast, moderate at lunch and small in supper.

7. They eat not more than three times a day with five or six hour interval.

8. They stick to a meal schedule or they have a regular eating time.

9. They do not too rapidly. They eat in a moderate and relaxed way.

10. They engage in mild exercise after eating.

11. They eat only when free from emotional stress or sickness.

12. They only eat sugar moderately or little only. They ensure to reduce sugar intake as possible. 13. They regularly take vitamins, nutritional supplements or health pills.

14. They practice fasting once every month (in at least one or two days or more)- without eating anything except water.

15. They practice cleansing diet by eating only natural fruits for 2 to 3 days and then fasting for another 2 or more days to allow their bodies to recuperate and make a self-cleansing to ensure maximum health.

16. They avoid eating junk foods and other foods which destroy health.
