Drinking Practices

1. Teachers and non-teaching personnel drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of clean and purified water a day.

2. They avoid drinking either too hot or too cold water.

3. They avoid drinking too much water during a meal.

4. They avoid as much as possible to drink 4 caffeinated and cola drinks such soft/carbonated drinks, coffee, energy drinks or any drinks that would endanger their health.

5. They drink less or avoid drinking hard drinks such as wines, alcoholic beverages and liquor.

6. They drink more natural fruit and vegetable juices.

7. They drink buko (coconut) juices.

8. They drink soya drinks or soya-based drinks.

9. They drink purified, mineralized/ alkaline water.

10. They take nutritional supplements and other health-giving drinks.
