The Department of Education reiterates ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY for any act of child abuse, exploitation, violence, discrimination, bullying and other forms of abuse.

What is Child Protection?

Child Protection refers to programs, services, procedures, and structures that are intended to prevent and respond to child abuse, neglect, exploitation, discrimination, and violence.

Thru the DepEd Order No. 40,s. 2012 or the Child Protection Policy, the Department of Education aims to: 1) ensure that all schools are conducive to the education of children and 2) ensure such special protection from all forms of abuse and exploitation.
