The Department of Budget and Management has recently issued the MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2019- 1 or the Guidelines on the Grant of the Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2019 under Executive Order No. 80, s., 2012 and Executive Order No. 201, s., 2016.
This is actually a good development especially that each school division has taken their part in submitting all the necessary documents for the issuance of the said bonus. And this being said, all teachers can expect to receive the PBB for FY 2018 in a short period of time considering that the guidelines on the grant of PBB for FY 2019 have also been issued by the DBM last September 3, 2019.
