Subject: Mid-year IN-SERVICE TRAINING (INSET) for Non-teaching Personnel at Teachers’ Camp, Baguio City (DepEd PENS Convention)

Our Mid-year INSET for non-teaching personnel is scheduled on May 25 to 27, 2019 at Teachers’ Camp, Baguio City. Instead of having a School-based INSET for non-teaching personnel at school, the participation/attendance to the DepEd-PENS Convention at Teachers’ Camp, Baguio City will serve as mid-year INSET for them.
Numerous topics will be discussed at the DepEd-PENS convention. They are all required to provide a reaction/report paper on the said convention. They are expected to attend religiously to all sessions and discussions of various topics at said convention.
Our non-teaching personnel will be briefed, helped/assisted by Dr. Raymundo P. Rivamonte, NTP Coordinator; supervised by Dr. Arjay B. San Agustin, Administrative Officer, JHS, and to be headed by yours truly. Almost all non-teaching personnel except blue guards and other non-teaching personnel (who noticed the Office that they cannot go to said convention) are expected to go to the Convention. The City Government of Taguig and the DepEd PENS Management will provide buses to transport our NTP to the said venue to and pro.
Immediate and wide dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
