SCHOOL MEMORANDUM #281 KERIS SY 2019-2020 To: All Grade V Teachers From: Office of the School Principal Subject: Submission of Letter of Explanation Date: July 12, 2019 Grade V teachers who failed to attend the required meeting on July 12, 2019 as stated in the School Memorandum #280 are hereby directed to submit a letter of explanation within 72 hours why you did not attend the said meeting. Unacceptable reasons will be used as evidence for filing an administrative case re:

insubordination.

Failure to submit a letter of explanation will also be used as ground for filing an administrative case immediately. May God bless you.
