You are directed to submit weekly financial report (June 3, 2019 and up) to this Office; and submit the previous monthly financial reports (From July 2018 to March 2019) with fifteen days from receipt of this memorandum.
You are also directed to submit to this Office List of Suppliers and Memoranda of Agreement between the school and the suppliers not later than July 5, 2019.
Submission of required documents is required. Non-submission will be dealt with administratively. The undersigned hopes for your compliance.
