To ensure the full establishment and progress of Rover Scouting at KERIS, Madam SCTR. MARILEN C. SABALLE, Woodbadge Holder and Board Member of Metro Manila South Council of the BSP, is hereby designated as Rover Leader and Trainer/adviser.
She is empowered to establish and train rover scouts from among our senior high school and Grade 10 students.
Madam Marilen Saballe is an extraordinarily outstanding scouter, and was recently awarded as chief Scout Nation Builder- the highest rank in rover scouting- a national award; and member of ATAS (Association of Top Achiever Scouts)- a worldwide prestigious organization. She is also a consistent outstanding KAWAN Commissioner since 2011 up to 2018.
