Subject: Designation of Mr. Roy B. Canoy as School Over-all BSP Coordinator

Because of the surgical operation of Mrs. Chchirica B. Oficiar in which she is on the process of healing and rest for a couple of months, the undersigned hereby designates MR. ROY B. CANOY as the new over-all BSP Coordinator effective today until further notice.
Mrs. Chichirica B. Oficiar being a 3-bead holder, is designated as BSP Adviser. All other scouting coordinators and unit coordinators are encouraged to support Mr. Canoy.
Mr. Canoy is a Woodbadge Holder, Most Outstanding BSP Coordinator (2015-2016) in the Schools Division of Taguig City and Pateros. He is a five times BTC graduate- KAWAN, Troop, Outfit advisor and Rover Scouting). He also produced an eagle scout and TOBS Candidate. He also served as Deputy Camp Director for Program 2nd One and 3rd One Regional Scour Jamboree, Mt. Makiling, and Area Deputy Camp Director for Program Council Jamborette, Council Jamborette, CAA BP International, Las Pinas City- MMSC; and many more.
