Keeping a good record of daily, monthly, and annual attendance is a simple yet effective way to monitor your learners' performance. Being aware of their well-beings can be truly helpful in understanding their absences.
It is always best to keep track of their attendance since it is the first evidence of their interest to learn and study. Those learners who never or rarely commit absences would evidently show their desire and passion for learning. On the other hand, those who are often absent cannot be judged quickly as sometimes they are carrying too much burden (family problems and alike) which lead to absences at school.
